Farming is Fun!!!
Children ages 8-11 will explore their relationship to food and nature while planting seeds, preparing soil, caring for animals, and learning basic cooking skills. We will provide an enriching learning environment, building confidence and useful skills while spending time outdoors on a real farm.
Young Farmer’s can sign up for a Planting Party, Saturday, April 12th, 2pm-4pm or Saturday, May 3rd, 2p-4p. We will be sowing some seeds in preparation for summer planting. You will have a chance to meet the counselors and plant some tomato seeds that you can take home to raise for yourself.
